It won’t happen in our lifetimes and even after that. With the federal and state budget messes, the money’s simply not there for this kind of nonsense. If I’m wrong I’ll buy you a drink at the American Legion bar!

Barbara Messina says you are wrong. She says shovels will be in the dirt by 2015 and the whole thing done in 3 years. She says she has 3 private investors from Spain and France. The Spanish were sold on the name, Alhambra but wait till they see it. That and the sight of El Monte should seal the deal. Oooooh Granadaaaaaaaaa!
