“The military said Operation Strike of the Sword started early Thursday. The mission involves nearly 40,000 ***Marines and 650 Afghan forces. One Marine said it was the largest Marine offensive since Vietnam and the first offensive of President Obama’s administration.”
Obama is the best president. He’s better than Bush. He’s better than Bush. He’s better than Bush. Israel continues to do things against the Torah to people generically labeled as Terrorists (Palestinians in Gaza)–that’s okay we love Israel unconditionally. There are dead flies in my soup. Should I say anything? My eyelids are heavy.

It’s too hard out here. I’m going back inside to sleepwalk and carry on with my passionless life. News of American Idol auditions at the Rose Bowl, of Diane Ross willed by Michael Jackson to possess his three children instead of a piece of the music ownership mega-treasure (Lennon/McCartney songs plus unpublished music); this is the sand dune I choose to drift in…then out in.
Diana Ross, Aren’t you scared? Do you feel powerless? Kids are a nightmare. Powerlessness is only fun if it’s something I want to be powerless over. If it serves me, then yes, I accept powerlessness. Some say we are powerless over people, places, and things. What’s the point in giving a thought to something I can’t change? Diana will have to hire a British nanny to crack the whip on those balcony jumping, blanket wearing, blond, dental-hygienically gened cherdren. That is, if she can wrest them away from Granny J.
When I think of Michael Jackson’s children, I smile about their names. He had powerful naming ability. Who is powerful in coming up with the names of military killing sprees? Operation Strike of the Sword? Sounds so romantic, like Lawrence of Arabia. My eyes do not want to stay open.
Do they have craft service and set-up breaks at offensive war missions? Can soldiers go to their trailers between takes to grab a cool one? When the shoot is over is it really over? Is there a wrap party? Does it ever wrap? Or, do the sounds, pictures, smells rewrack a soldier in an endless loop? A Happy Fourth of July bomb blast to you in perpetuity.
I feel heavier.
Strike of the Sword, Is it a song?
I’m getting sleepy. The illegal Bush wars continue, unnoticed. Kids are a nightmare. Obama is the best president.
Plumping my pillow,
MG

Note: Associated Press clarified 4k newly recruited Marines deployed to Afghanistan this morning (not 40K)– AP further adds… “The Pentagon is deploying 21,000 additional troops to Afghanistan in time for the elections and expects the total number of U.S. forces there to reach 68,000 by year’s end. That is double the number of troops in Afghanistan in 2008 but still half as many as are now in Iraq.”
